Services & Plans

Three ways to work together, depending on how stuck you are. One hour to unblock something, a diagnostic of how you operate, or seven days to turn an idea into a plan that runs.

All three start the same way: a 30-minute call, no cost, no obligation.

The Workaround

One hour to unblock the one thing that's holding you back. A workaround is exactly that: the clever way around whatever is blocking you.

  • A 60-minute session
  • We look at what's actually stuck
  • You leave with the solution defined
  • Written summary of what we agreed

Diagnostic

The Audit

A clear read on how you're operating today and what to fix first.

  • Review of your tools and how you work
  • Findings report, ordered by priority
  • 90-minute session to go through it together
  • Concrete next steps you can run without me

Fixed scope

It's a Project

Seven days to turn your idea into a plan that's already running.

  • Day 1: I learn what you want and what you have
  • Day 2: we clear up questions and lock the scope
  • Days 3 and 4: I build the timeline, with phases and owners
  • Day 5: we review it together and I adjust
  • Days 6 and 7: follow-up on the launch, questions by message

Side Projects

Two things I built because I needed them. Same method I use with clients: find where the time is leaking, define the smallest scope that solves it, and ship it.

Side Project

TodoYellow logo

Planning tools for kids and families, designed with a PM mindset.

What is TodoYellow?

TodoYellow is a collection of printable planning resources for children ages 3 to 10, available in Spanish, French and English. Each tool is designed to help kids build independence, organize their week, and track their own tasks in a fun and visual way.

As a project manager and a mom, I saw a gap. Most kids' planners are either too simple or too adult. TodoYellow applies real PM methodology (Kanban, weekly planning, task tracking) in a format that actually works for children.

NuoApp

My nutrition menus, organized and searchable.

In use, not public yet.

The problem

My nutritionist sent me my menus as PDFs. Every time I wanted to know what to have for breakfast I had to open the file, find the right day and scroll. Older menus got buried in my downloads folder, so I kept losing track of what I could actually eat.

What I built

A web app where every menu lives in one place. I filter by menu, by meal type (smoothie, breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner) and build my grocery list from whatever I need that week.

Why it's here

It's the same thing I do for clients, except the client was me. A PDF is not a bad format, it's just the wrong one for something you check three times a day. Noticing that difference is most of the job.

  • Web app
  • Built for myself
  • Work in progress
