Two-year engagement as Project Manager at Encantos, a children's media and edtech company, overseeing 30+ digital projects across web, e-commerce, paid media, app content, Web3, and social media — managing up to 10 concurrent initiatives from concept through launch within 4–6 week delivery cycles.

Scope spanned a full DTC e-commerce launch with 100+ SKUs executed in two weeks, including inventory setup, pricing strategy, logistics coordination, and bilingual customer support. Also led Web3 initiatives and social growth campaigns, including a TikTok channel launch that reached 100K+ followers and 2M+ views within the first two weeks.
