Full-cycle UX/UI design and development engagement for Luxe Source, a premium luxury lifestyle platform.
Scope covered the design and build of new interactive modules including a lead generation quiz with HubSpot integration, first-time user experience (FTUE) with animated onboarding, tooltips, a Gold List page, events page, single-image URLs, and a paid "Premium" results ticker.
Development work included a brand refresh rollout with updated typography and logos, SEO-focused content archiving, tag cleanup, regional content filtering, and a video repository landing page. The engagement also encompassed full QA/UAT with nightly builds, site launch, analytics implementation, and ongoing program management with bi-weekly sprint planning — delivered in close collaboration with the Luxe internal team.
